Pyxis Wood and Plastic Floating LED Lamp – with 2 switch options

With an unusual design and combination of wood and plastic the Pyxis LED lamp appears to be floating in a world of its own.

If you know me or have seen many of my other designs then you will know of my love for combining different materials when making lamps, but this one really breaks the mold being so completely unique in every way.

The two matching pieces of beautiful Niangon wood are separated by a thick piece of frosted plastic custom made specifically to help softly diffuse the light and also make the wood appear to levitate as if by magic, however the aluminum support keeps everything stable and sleek.

The LEDs in this lamp are very bright and should last a lifetime. They are neatly concealed deep in the wood and are covered by a piece of gold colored grill to keep everything seamlessly neat and smooth looking.

As with many of my handmade lamps, they can be made uniquely for you with custom options such as different colored LEDs, different woods and other sizes etc. so if you would like something made specially for you then please do get in touch.
