SHIPPING, REFUNDS, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.luxsabre.com. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Individual (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to luxsabre.com, a business registered in France.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.luxsabre.com
You or Your refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All Items are eligible for return except for the following : Any items customised or personalised such as, but not limited to, a specific size, colour, style or design are not acceptable for returns or refunds, unless an error has been made by Us .
For items that are eligible for return You are always required to return the items only by following the shipping instructions:
- Return shipping will be at the cost of You, the customer and We would strongly recommend the use of trackable shipping service.
- We will not refund any payments for any returned items that are not received, or are reported lost or stolen during transit.
- Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
For expensive items you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to issue a Refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Commissioned goods made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Sale Items – Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items marked as Sale items cannot be refunded.
REFUND POLICY
As all items are handmade and made to order We charge a 15% handling fee on any return. This charge is non-negotiable and covers Our extra administration, advertising and marketing costs for the returned item, in addition to Us having to inspect and test the item to ensure it works as expected.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of when the order was shipped. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product hasn’t been used or damaged
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.
Inspection
After We receive your returned product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process Your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method used during the Order process.
If the product was received by You as a gift and you wish to apply for a refund contact Us via email to: owen@luxsabre.com. You will need to include the original order number in all correspondence in order for us to check the order and shipping dates. So You will need to obtain the original order number from the person or company who purchased the product.
If a Refund is approved We will issue You with a credit note to the value of the original product which can be used to purchase goods from Our Site. If You do not wish to purchase another product from Our Site then the money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method used during the Order process.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Each product is thoroughly tested before dispatch. In the unlikely event that a fault has occurred with any items during transit, contact Us immediately to begin resolving the issue for You.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

You will be updated about the Return, Refund or Exchange status by EMAIL, provided that Your contact information has been correctly sent to Us.
SHIPPING TERMS
We only ship items with tracking and they must be signed for at the delivery address provided by You on ordering. In the highly unlikely event of an item being reported not received, lost or stolen, We will file a claim with the shipping company that We used to send the package.
Please be aware that this process will cause some delays and no further steps to Refund or replace the missing item will be taken until We receive the shipping companies full report.
DAMAGES
We take great care to ensure each item is securely packed and protected during transit. Each item will be insured against damages that may occur during shipping. However, this insurance cover is only valid if any damage is recorded at the time of signing for Your delivery.
Please note that We do reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible. This helps to keep Our costs down which helps benefit You and is also good for the environment.
CUSTOMS
When required We include a detailed customs label with every package. In some cases additional delivery fees may be payable before the final delivery company will release Your parcel. Luxsabre.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) imposed during or after shipping are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
